What is a ZTT Workstation?
Every ZTT Workstation is built on one of our three platforms (Pro, Terra, or Creator) with the flexibility to configure key hardware before it's assembled. Choose your CPU, GPU, RAM, and storage, and we'll build, stress test, and ship your PC specifically for your order. Workstations typically ship within 2–4 weeks.
Why are all Workstations built to order?
We didn't want our business, creative, and professional customers settling for a preconfigured build that almost fits their workload. Building every Workstation to order means you get hardware that matches exactly what your work demands and what you're looking to spend. As a bonus, since every Workstation is built after you order it, you'll never run into a sold-out platform, and teams can now place bulk orders directly through the website.
How long does it take to build and ship my Workstation?
Workstations typically ship within 2–4 weeks. This gives our team time to source your selected components, professionally assemble your system, complete our stress testing and quality assurance process, and prepare it for shipment. We'll send you tracking information as soon as your PC is on its way.
Can I request additional upgrades or changes that aren't listed?
At this time, we're only able to offer the configuration options shown on each product page. This allows us to ensure every Workstation meets our standards for performance, reliability, compatibility, and cooling.
Will my Workstation look exactly like the photos?
Not always. While we do our best to preserve the overall aesthetic and design philosophy of each platform, some components may vary depending on the options you choose and current part availability. Graphics cards may vary in length or use a 2-fan or 3-fan design, and RAM kits or other components may also differ from the photos. We'll always do our best to maintain the intended look and feel of the platform.
Will upgrading parts affect compatibility or cooling?
No. Every upgrade option has been carefully selected and validated by our team. We'll always ensure your chosen configuration has the appropriate power supply, cooling, and component compatibility, so you can customize your Workstation with confidence knowing everything is designed to work together.
Do Workstations come with software preloaded?
Every Workstation ships stress-tested for stability, free of bloatware, and ready to work right out of the box. We don't preload business software or licenses, so you can set your Workstation up exactly the way your workflow requires.
What warranty comes with my Workstation?
Every ZTT Workstation is backed by a 1-year warranty, covering hardware issues from normal use so you can put it to work with confidence.
Do you offer Workstations for teams or bulk orders?
