Shipping policy

Order Processing
All ZTT gaming PCs are hand-built, stress-tested, and quality checked before shipping. Orders typically ship within 1–3 business days once payment is confirmed.

Shipping Methods
We ship all PCs from Bridgeville, Pennsylvania using trusted carriers such as UPS or FedEx. Each system is securely packaged with protective foam and double-boxed to ensure it arrives safely. You’ll receive a tracking number via email as soon as your order ships.

Shipping Rates & Coverage
We currently ship to the lower 48 United States only.
Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and package size.

Delivery Times
Delivery times vary by region but generally range between 2–5 business days after the order has shipped. Please note that delays caused by carriers or weather are outside of our control, but we’ll assist in resolving any issues that arise.

Damaged Packages
If your package arrives damaged, please contact us immediately upon delivery. Include your order number, photos of the packaging, and the system itself so we can work quickly to resolve the situation. All shipments are insured for the full value of the PC.

Order Changes & Address Updates
Because we begin processing orders quickly, changes to your shipping address or build details must be requested within 24 hours of purchase. Once the order ships, we can’t modify the address or recall the package.

Lost or Missing Packages
If tracking shows your package as delivered but you haven’t received it, please contact the carrier directly and then notify us. We’ll work with you to file a claim and determine next steps.
