As described in our Privacy Policy, we collect personal information from your interactions with us and our website, including through cookies and similar technologies. If you visit our website with the Global Privacy Control opt-out preference signal enabled, depending on where you are, we will treat this as a request to opt-out of activity that may be considered a “sale” or “sharing” of personal information or other uses that may be considered targeted advertising for the device and browser you used to visit our website.

This policy was last updated on July 22, 2025 and covers eligible PC builds purchased on or after that date. 

Returns

  • Returns are accepted only if the PC arrives defective or non-functional. You must contact us within 3 days of delivery to request a return.
  • If approved, ZTT will provide a prepaid shipping label and cover return shipping costs.

PC Build Limited Warranties

  • 3 day defective exchange from the date the build was delivered to customer
  • 12 month warranty/RMA service for hardware related issues

For replacement of non functioning hardware, Zach’s Tech Turf LLC will go through an RMA process with the manufacturer to be sent a replacement unit. Zach’s Tech Turf LLC will cover the cost of shipping the product back to the ZTT HQ, and the labor for replacing the hardware. Zach’s Tech Turf LLC will also cover the cost of shipping the fixed product back to the customer.

The standard warranty for PC builds sold from Zach’s Tech Turf LLC is a 12 month limited warranty on parts and labor. This warranty/RMA service covers defects from the hardware or original software/operating system installation. This does not cover any hardware or software additions/modifications performed by the customer.

Warranty Exclusions

  • Issues caused by user error
  • Software related issues (outside of the original software that was installed during configuration at ZTT)
  • Modifications made to the system by the customer, to include but not limited to the following:
  1. Replacing Components
  2. Overclocking
  3. Undervolting
  4. BIOS Updating
  5. Software Installation
  • Peripherals or external accessories
  • Data loss or recovery

Except as provided below, Zach’s Tech Turf LLC is not liable for any loss, cost, inconvenience, or damage that may result from use or inability to use the product. The warranty and remedies set forth below are exclusive and in lieu of all others, oral or written, expressed or implied. No reseller, agent, or employee is authorized to make any modification, extension, or addition to this warranty.

Warranty Conditions

  • This warranty extends only if the products are purchased and operating in the USA.
  • This warranty covers only normal use of the product.
  • Zach’s Tech Turf LLC is not liable under this warranty if any damage or defect results from the following:
  1. Misuse, abuse, neglect, improper shipping, improper installation
  2. Disasters such as flood, lightning, fire, or improper electrical current
  3. Service or modification completed by anyone outside of Zach’s Tech Turf LLC

Refund Policy

  • A refund may only be granted if the product arrives to the customer non functioning
  • It is the customer’s responsibility to understand the product’s limitations and performance expectations, thus Zach’s Tech Turf LLC has no responsibility if the product does not perform as the customer expects
  • If a customer files a refund for an incorrectly or accidental item, they will be refunded the final purchase amount minus any transaction fees that accrued during the original payment
  • Once a refund is approved, please allow up to 5 business days for the refund to be processed and returned to your original payment method. Processing times may vary depending on your financial institution.

Exclusions

There is no warranty or return policy for the following items:

  • Digital Products
  • Peripherals
  • Add-ons
  • For Parts / Broken Items
  • Surplus Inventory
  • PC Builds that were listed on the “Drops” page - These PCs do include a 3 day working guarantee from the date the build was delivered to the customer. We can only offer a refund for this service, and not an exchange or repair. They do not include any other warranty/RMA service.​​​
