DIAGNOSTIC FINDING: The Yeston RX 7800 XT was found to not successfully POST or Boot whatsoever with a VGA Debug LED coming up every time. No further diagnosis has been performed. Connecting these parts to working components may lead to permanent damage to those other components.

CONDITION: Non-working. Cosmetically, the GPU has slight cosmetic damage around PCI-E Lane. See photos for actual condition.
