The Custom version lets you configure your GPU, RAM, and storage while keeping the same War Machine foundation. Because every Custom build is assembled to your exact specifications, please allow approximately 2 to 4 weeks for your PC to be built, stress tested, and shipped.

What is a Custom Prebuilt?
A Custom Prebuilt is built on one of our proven gaming PC platforms, but with the flexibility to configure key hardware before it's assembled. Choose your graphics card, memory, and storage, and we'll build, stress test, and ship your PC specifically for your order. Custom Prebuilts typically ship within 2–4 weeks.
What's the difference between a Ready to Ship PC and a Custom Prebuilt?
Our Ready to Ship gaming PCs are already built, tested, and ready to leave our warehouse within 1–2 business days. Custom Prebuilts are assembled after you place your order, allowing you to choose from a selection of compatible hardware upgrades. Because every Custom Prebuilt is built specifically for you, they typically ship within 2–4 weeks.
How long does it take to build and ship my PC?
Custom Prebuilts typically ship within 2–4 weeks. This gives our team time to source your selected components, professionally assemble your system, complete our stress testing and quality assurance process, and prepare it for shipment. We'll send you tracking information as soon as your PC is on its way.
Can I request additional upgrades or changes that aren't listed?
At this time, we're only able to offer the configuration options shown on each product page. This allows us to ensure every Custom Prebuilt meets our standards for performance, reliability, compatibility, and cooling.
Will my PC look exactly like the photos?
Not always. While we do our best to preserve the overall aesthetic and design philosophy of each platform, some components may vary depending on the options you choose and current part availability. Graphics cards may vary in length or use a 2-fan or 3-fan design, and RAM kits or other components may also differ from the photos. We'll always do our best to maintain the intended look and feel of the platform.
Will upgrading parts affect compatibility or cooling?
No. Every upgrade option has been carefully selected and validated by our team. We'll always ensure your chosen configuration has the appropriate power supply, cooling, and component compatibility, so you can customize your PC with confidence knowing everything is designed to work together.
